Physical Education (PE) is an area of the curriculum which can inspire and motivate children and staff in a unique way that can help with their physical development and mental wellbeing.
High-quality physical education should engage and inspire pupils to develop a love of sport and their personal talents, therefore increasing their self-confidence, fitness, mental strength, creativity and sense of achievement.
We work with Newcastle United Foundation to provide high-quality PE coaching including football skills and gymnastics. We also work with Move It Dance Studios to provide dance as part of PE.
Our children participate in sporting opportunities throughout their time at school, including Rugby in conjunction with with Percy Park Rugby Club in Tynemouth and football with Wallsend Boys’ Club.
